This Privacy Policy governs your use of Scensao / Alison Crouse products, services and websites (scensao.com, alicrouse.com), of those websites, mobile sites, apps, and APIs.
We do collect involuntary and voluntary data of yours when you visit our websites. This includes device model, IP address, the type of browser and operating system being used. When you subscribe and/or sign up to any of our service(s), or complete a contact form, we may collect your contact information such as name, e-mail address and/or phone number.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
You have the right to ask us to not collect this information.
Electronic Newsletter/Communications Policy
You may receive free electronic communications from us by way of newsletter or information on upcoming products or services. Scensao gathers emails from those who have voluntarily subscribed. User may unsubscribe at any time by following the link provided in the electronic communication.
Cookies
To deliver a better web experience for you, we may use “cookies”. Cookies are text files we place in your device's browser to store your preferences. The cookie itself does not contain personal information although it may contain personal information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Many browsers will allow you to delete existing cookies and/or set your preferences to not accept them. Children
Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.

Audience Measurement
We use third party tools for audience measurement on our websites. We currently use Google Analytics for this purpose. Google Analytics uses cookies to anonymously and in aggregate report on visits to our websites. We do not combine the information collected through the use of these tools with personally identifiable information. Facebook Custom Audience
We are able to create a custom advertising audience that shows ads to only certain people on Facebook and Instagram. If you would like to opt-out please let us know.
CCPA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") provides you with the right to opt out of the "sale" of your Personal Information. Scensao generally does not directly sell your Personal Information, however, we use services that help deliver interest-based ads to you and may transfer Personal Information to business partners for their use.

GDPR

Our website and the products and services we provide are directed towards citizens and residents of the United States. However, all of our website visitors, regardless of where they may be when they access our Website, are afforded the rights and protections outlined above. Our lawful basis for collecting your data is described previously in this privacy policy. Where consent forms the basis for collecting your date, please note that you may withdraw your consent at anytime by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the email or otherwise contacting our office at alison@scensao.com to have your information update, corrected, deleted or to obtain a copy of the information for your records.
We will keep your data only as long as is reasonably required to accomplish the purpose or purposes for which it was collected. However, for certain customers or clients, we may keep your data for longer or shorter periods of time depending on whether or not you have purchased products and services through our Website. In addition, we may keep your data for longer periods of time if you are regularly engaging with the emails we send you. “Cold” subscribers, defined as someone who hasn't opened or clicked an email in the last 90 days and has been subscribed to our email list for at least 30 days will be purged from our system on a regular basis, but no less than once every six (6) months.
