HOW CAN ENERGY HEALING HELP ME?
There are many ways an energy healing session can benefit somebody. Many come with one specific thing they are intending to receive relief with and find they receive a combination of benefits. Some examples are as follows: stress/anxiety, reduce/relieve pain, accelerate healing for acute or chronic ailment, boost immune system, release patterns and traumas, grief, depression, mental illness, addiction, prepare for major life events like: career changes, moving, partnership, relationships, marriage, pregnancy, be a part of your birth plan.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY SESSION?
An energy healing session is typically a calm and relaxing spa like experience for humans and/or animals. It is important to arrive into the session with a clear intention of what you want or need from it. The more clear and concise the intention the better, though if you are unclear we can help you. In-person sessions and Remote sessions work similarly overall. Both take place in a comfortable, safe and private space. Seated or laying down though laying down is recommended and client remains fully clothed. Healing hands are lightly placed at different points or hover slightly over the body. Session can be adapted to practicing safe social distancing. Remote sessions work similarly and are just as powerful, often times clients comment that it was as if we were in the same room together.
DO YOU HELP TREAT TERMINAL OR CHRONIC ILLNESS?
It is important to note that there is no claim or promise to outcomes, similar to traditional western treatments. With that being said, energy healing is something that is often used in conjunction with other traditional and holistic treatments. Similarly to a fitness coach encouraging you to incorporate nutrition and self care (energy healing is self care). Their are many components that when combined add to the whole. Energy Healing is a complimentary component to your wellness plan.
